Actions and allocations

Click the Actions and Allocations tabs to update or add actions and allocations.

To add an action, the action must be defined on the Supplemental Pay and Benefit Definition page.

You cannot add a global pay or a benefit because they are assigned automatically to all employees and positions. Some salary, pay and benefit actions can be added only by modelers.

On the Actions tab, you can view from which level actions are inherited. For example, some actions on a position assignment can be inherited from a job or a position. You cannot modify or delete inherited actions, unless an employee’s inheritance setting is disabled.
