Renaming the list object

Each object that you insert into an Application Studio report is given a unique name. For example, each combo box is named ListViewN,where N is a sequential number. If you have several objects in a report, it can be useful to rename them so that they are easier to reference in formulas.

  1. In Design mode, right-click the combo box in cell C6, and select Object Properties.
  2. In the Format Listview dialog box, click the General tab and specify Measure in the Name field, overwriting the current name.
  3. Click OK.
