Data configuration for business applications
By default, data cubes in DEPMAPPS are enabled for browsing. Technical and configuration cubes are hidden.
Design update
These items have been updated to the latest design standards:
- The new widget adds a configurable title to dashboards. The widget includes a button to jump to the Start page.
- All widget types and the Data Configuration dashboard are available in one common navigation on the left of the Start page. The Data Configuration dashboard is only available to users with the sbi_administrator role.
- Date, name, and attribute filters are available in the table column headers.
- The number of paged records on each widget can be adjusted.
sbi_MultidimensionalWidgetCreator role
The sbi_MultidimensionalWidgetCreator application role is no longer required to use Self-Service.
Report definitions of favorites
You can edit report definitions of favorites using the text editor in the Edit Favorites dialog box. The editor offers XML validation to prevent creating invalid report definitions.
This functionality includes debugging, testing, and transferring a report definition. This functionality is available to users with the sbi_administrator role.
Select Element improvements
For a single selection, the Select Element dialog box shows users the currently selected element. If multiple pages are available in the dialog box, then users are shown the page with the current selection.
