Dynamic selection functions

Reports can be created dynamically using selection functions for column and row hierarchies. In the Element Selection pane, users can use selections such as:

• Children of a specific element
• All elements of a level
• Siblings of an element
• Descendants of an element on certain levels

It is no longer required to select each element manually.

The dynamic functions always run on the latest version of a hierarchy so the report dynamically reacts to hierarchy changes.

The Element Selection pane displays a list of all selections.
