Clearout2

The difference between Clearout1 and Clearout2 is that for dimension 0 (YEARS), the column name is NULL and an element is named as target element as shown in this table:

This tells the process to clear out only the cells which have element 2003 of dimension 0 (YEARS) and any element of the other five dimensions. Clearout2 clears out a five-dimensional sub cube.
