Migrating Infor d/EPM business applications
This section describes migrating from Infor d/EPM version 11.2.x to Infor d/EPM
business applications version 12.0.x which are based on Designer.
Caution:
Changes to the organization
structure in Infor d/EPM business applications can result in
loss of data. Follow these rules:
- Do not add or move dimension elements in the Organization dimension (BPDORGANIZATION) unless all tasks are completed for all cycles.
- Do not add or move dimension elements in the Organization dimension (BPDORGANIZATION) until all tasks that have been accessed by a planner are submitted and approved.
Note: Do not migrate while any tasks are open.
Finish all planning cycles before starting the migration.
