Before you start installing

This table shows the tasks that must be completed before you can start the software installation:
Completed Task
Verify that you have installed all latest Windows updates and rebooted the machine before starting the installation.
Verify that you meet the hardware and operating system requirements for your platform.
Identify the various computers on which to install the software.
Ensure that you can sign in as a user with administrative authorizations on each computer that is targeted for software installation.
Ensure that you know the security options and the web authentication to use.
Ensure that you know the requirement to back up the master keys file in a secure location and that you remember the password that is used to protect that file.
Become familiar with the architecture.
