This table shows the Microsoft Office versions that are required to use Excel Integration or Word Integration:

Microsoft Office 365/Microsoft 365 App for Windows, version 1903, or 16.24, or later | Supported | At a minimum, client environments should use the Microsoft semi-annual Enterprise channel. However, we strongly recommend the latest current channel (Monthly Enterprise Channel) in order to get earlier Microsoft updates. See the "Limitations and Restrictions" topics under Related topics. |
Microsoft Office 365/Microsoft 365 App for MacOS, version 16.24 or later | Supported | At a minimum, client environments should use the semi-annual update
channel. The availability of some Office Integration features depend on Microsoft updates. Using the latest current channel (monthly channel) is strongly recommended. |
