Creating a read-only entity accountant data role for Consolidation

When you publish new entities, entity accountant data roles that are specific to each entity are created, with the name DR_EntAcc_<Entity OlapID>. The data roles have write and read permissions. If required, the system can create an additional, read-only data role for each entity. The role is named DR_EntAcc_<Entity OlapID>_RO.

This option is available only to members of the Business Modeling Administrator role.

  1. Select Manage Model > Publish Model.
  2. Switch on the option to publish additional read-only entity data roles.
    The change has effect when you publish the model.
    The entity-specific data roles and any additional read-only data role are deleted when the entity is deleted.
