Importing an XML report definition

  1. Create a report in the Application Studio Report Catalog.
  2. Open the report.
  3. Select File > Export/Import > Import Report Definition (.xml).
  4. Browse to the XML file of the report to import and click Open.
    This message is displayed Do you want to clear the current report before import?
  5. Perform one of these actions:
    Option Description
    Click Yes Any existing report content is overwritten by the imported definition
    Click No Existing content is merged with the imported definition
