Exporting the version comparison report

You can export the version comparison report to an .xlsx file.

  1. Click the Home icon.
  2. Select Applications > Sub Plan > Workforce Planning > Reporting > Version Comparison Report.
  3. Select the configuration set, version, and frequency.
  4. Select one or more calculation methods.
    Only methods with the selected frequency are available.
  5. Select the account.
  6. Select the elements of the dimensions to specify the granularity of your data.

    If the Organization dimension is selected, changes to its structure are reflected in the displayed hierarchy. If you select the current period in the Period section, the latest Organization hierarchy is displayed in the exported file. If you select a past period, the Organization hierarchy that was valid on the last day of the selected period is displayed in the file.

  7. Select the versions to compare.
  8. Select the period to use for comparing the versions and the range of periods to display.
  9. Click Load.
  10. Click Export.
