Account activation for a subplan

Sub plans enable you to view some aspect of a financial plan in greater detail. Several preconfigured sub plans are provided. You can add sub plans as required. Workforce Budgeting provides the functionality to analyze and budget employee costs. Only a subset of financial accounts that are defined for the main finance budget is relevant to workforce costs. Administrators and modelers can activate such accounts through Business Configuration > Sub Plan Business Settings > Account Activation for Sub Plan.

The financial account selection for business objects such as salary, supplemental pay, and benefits is then limited to the accounts that represent corresponding workforce costs.
