Setting the context variables

You can change the context variables that are displayed on the left side of the Employee Roster page.

  1. Click the Home button.
  2. Select Applications > Sub Plan > Workforce Budgeting > Data Entry > Employee Roster.
  3. Select the configuration set, version, entity, organization, and year that you want to use for the Employee Roster page.
  4. Click Set Context.
    If data is not up-to-date due to configuration changes that were made after setting the context, a notification bar appears. To resolve the issue directly in the report, follow the link in the notification bar.
