Changing employee roster data

You can modify fields that are highlighted blue on the employee roster page. You can modify the hours of existing hourly positions or position assignments, hourly rates, or FTE values. You can edit the data directly on the Employee Roster page.

  1. Click the Home button.
  2. Select Applications > Sub Plan > Workforce Budgeting > Data Entry > Employee Roster.
  3. Select the employee.
  4. Click the value to be updated.
  5. Specify the new value and press Enter.
  6. Click Calculate to recalculate the Employee Roster page.
