Displaying selected accounts

You can display all accounts or only selected accounts.

  1. On the Data Entry tab, click the Gear icon and select Show Only Selected Accounts.
  2. Optionally, select the Zero Suppression check box. If you select this check box, the check box to the left of the accounts is cleared for all accounts of zero value and empty cells.
  3. Click the All/None/Partial check box.
  4. Select the check boxes for the accounts you want to display.
  5. Click OK.
