Running all allocations for a specific level

You can run all allocation steps that are defined for an allocation level. When running by level, previous allocation results are cleared. The allocation level is recalculated.

Two reports enable you to view the results of allocations. Click Analysis Reports.

  1. Click the Home icon.
  2. Select Applications > Financial Applications > Allocation > Data Entry > Perform Level Allocations.
  3. Specify this information:
    Configuration set
    Select the configuration set in which to run the allocation.
    Entity
    Select the entity.
    Version
    Select the version.
    Time
    Select the time period.
    Level
    Select the level to run allocations for all steps at the selected level.
    Following Levels
    Optionally, select Following Levels to run allocations for all levels after the selected level.
  4. Click Perform Allocation.
