Manager diagnostic commands

clean-report Cleans the request report.
cls Clears the screen if the service is running in a console.

disable-report Disables reporting of requests.
disable-request-tracing Disables request tracing.
enable-report Enables reporting of requests.
enable-request-tracing Activates the raw request tracing of all incoming requests. The request content is saved into the directory that was specified with the Directory argument. The directory must exist on the computer on which the service manager is running.
