Import order

Workforce Budgeting information is interrelated and information needs to be imported in the correct order. For example, position definitions need to be established before position assignments are imported.

When multiple import files are selected, they are imported in the correct order. If import files are being imported separately, they must be imported in this order:

• Allocations
• Global Settings
• Attribute Definitions
• User Defined attribute values
• Spread Methods
• Step and Grade
• Action Definitions
• Employee Definitions
• Position Definitions
• Position Assignments
• Action Assignments
• Distributions
