Restricting the users in the Responsibility property

The list of users for the Responsibility property is retrieved from the userDirectoryPath setting stored on the server. You can use this setting to restrict the list of users in the Responsibility field. These are the two options for this setting:

• Database
• Navigation

The Database option uses a database table for each plan on the same server. Each plan can have a different set of users in its table.

The Navigation option uses the names of the navigation groups.
