Planning OLAP

The Planning OLAP page collects connection information to the Planning OLAP database. The Planning OLAP database includes the Financial plan (PMAIN) and the Workforce Budgeting sub plan (PWORKFORCE). Budgeting & Planning configuration and dimension information is retrieved from the Planning OLAP database to validate the Workforce Budgeting data.

This table describes the fields:

Field	Description
Network Protocol	Select the network protocol, http or https. The default is https.
BI OLAP Server Name	Specify the name of the BI OLAP server computer.
Communication Manager Port	Specify the port number to use when communicating with the server computer. The default is 8211 for https and 8210 for http.
Administrator User	Specify the OLAP administrator user ID to use when connecting to the OLAP server.
Administrator Password	Specify the password for the OLAP administrator user ID.
Planning OLAP Database	Select the Planning OLAP database from the list of databases.
