Using the standard filter

You can select standard filters to narrow the data that you want to display.

  1. Click the Filters button and perform any of the these actions:
    • Select the filter you want. For example, in Fiscal Year, select the year that you want filtered. Some filters can be used to select multiple filters.
    • For filter groups with a hierarchical order, you can select a filter and then further select the values you want filtered. For example, this is applicable when you apply a filter in Calendar Period.
    • For numerous filter values, you can search a filter by specifying a search string on the Search Attributes field.
    • To select all attributes, click the Select All check box.
    • To display the selected filters, click Show selected options only.
  2. Click Apply.
    After applying the selected filters, the Filters cards show the filters that you selected.
