Birst/Data Archive Reporting uses Infor Federated Services (IFS).
IFS provides Single Sign On (SSO) to multiple applications. This guide discusses these

- Data Archive Reporting
- Infor Birst
Infor Ming.le or Infor OS Portal uses the concept of security roles. Some security roles provide access to these applications in the application selector menu in the top left of the Infor Ming.le or Infor OS Portal window.
