Operations and Regulations

Operations and Regulations (OAR) is Infor’s operational platform for public service and regulated organizations that manage physical infrastructure, enforce regulations, deliver services to communities, and bill for those services. It connects assets, work, regulatory activity, service requests, and billing within a single execution model so work flows continuously from request to resolution without re-entering information or relying on disconnected systems.

OAR is built specifically for local government, water and wastewater utilities, transportation agencies, and state regulatory organizations. It is not a generic asset management tool adapted for government, and it is not a standalone permitting system. It is the operational backbone that connects the work these organizations do every day: maintaining infrastructure, issuing permits, enforcing codes, managing service accounts, responding to citizen requests, and billing for services delivered.

OAR can be deployed as a standalone solution or as part of CloudSuite Public Sector, where it connects with Infor Financials and Supply Management (FSM) and Infor Human Capital Management (HCM) on a shared cloud platform.
