Notifications and attachments

For document attachment, the document is uploaded to IDM and attached to DII. Users can view the document in the Related Information widget and access the IDM link directly from the DII screen. When the DII is interfaced, the IDM attachment is also copied into the Payables invoice.

For ION notifications, the user receives inbox notifications in the FSM application. The user identifier must be set in the User Arguments to enable notifications.

For email notifications, the user receives email alerts. The user identifier must also be set in the User Arguments to enable these notifications.
