Manager not receiving notification for activity approval Manager’s email address might not be added to the profile. Ensure that the manager’s email address is added to the profile.
Manager rejecting learning activity A manager may reject an activity without understanding the full context of the employee's performance. Management to provide the managers with clear information about the employee's performance trends and how the learning activity was suggested. Encourage managers to review employee summaries and trends before deciding.
