My Week
This widget provides comprehensive information about a shift-based employee's work week, including upcoming shifts, available open shifts, and scheduled time off. Users can click on any item in the widget and go directly to the correct view in the Workforce Management (WFM) application, with the relevant date already selected.
This widget displays three types of entries.
- Upcoming scheduled shifts
These shifts are already assigned to the employee. Each entry displays the scheduled time and shift attributes, such as job, team, and department, based on the configuration settings. When the user clicks any shift detail, the system displays the My Schedule view in WFM with the corresponding shift date pre-selected.
- Open shifts
These are available shifts that the employee can choose to work. When clicked, the user is taken to the Billboard tab in WFM, showing open shifts for the selected date.
- Time-off entries
This shows approved time-off requests, such as vacation, sick leave, or other types of leave. When clicked, the user is taken to the Request Time Off tab in WFM, with the time-off date selected.
