Performance-Manager

Managers use this widget to provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations for direct reports. The Appraisal tab shows appraisals in the organization. The Development Plan Progress tab shows employees' goals. Managers can create new appraisals and goals. They can drill back to the application to view detailed views of appraisals and goals. Managers can set the status of a plan to complete, on hold, or inactive.

This widget is not configurable.
