Single-tenant LSF additions: Add required identities for new employee/user records
Customers who use a single-tenant Infor HR Talent and plan to use a Infor HR Talent Hire Action to add employees/users, must manually add required LSF attributes and service identities for the user. The table that follows describes the attributes and identities.
Service / attribute name | Required for |
---|---|
Productline | All LSF users must have this attribute, which is LSAPPS. |
Employee | All HRM users must have an identity on the Employee service. |
thickclientldapls | All LSF users who run desktop tools must have an identity on the thickclientldapls service. This includes users who access Infor Rich Client on the single-tenant system and those who make calls to the LSF services Data (DME) or Transaction (AGS). Before the identities can be updated, these users must have an INFORBC account which can only be created through CloudSuite Self-Service Portal. |
lsenv | Admin users who require access to LID or any user who will run batch jobs must have an identity on the lsenv service. Before the identities can be updated, these users must have an INFORBC account which can only be created through CloudSuite Self-Service Portal. |
Group | If you use LSF groups at your site, the user record must be updated with the attributes for all groups the user must belong to. |
There are several ways to update LSF user information. The sections that follow describe the available methods and where to locate information about how to perform the updates.
