Infor GenAI is the generative AI platform of Infor OS. It uses large language models (LLMs) to enable Infor applications, and third-party applications to incorporate generative AI capabilities into business processes and user experiences.

GenAI Embedded Experience

GenAI Embedded Experience enables applications to integrate generative AI capabilities directly within business processes and user interfaces. Organizations can use GenAI-powered features, such as content generation, summarization, and translation without leaving the application in which they are working. Embedded experiences use GenAI platform services to bring AI functionality into CloudSuite applications. Turn any list view into an instant data summary. Filter the view, generate the summary from the list menu, and use "Copy and Close" to share insights on the spot with no follow-up meetings, no "let me check and get back to you" delays.

Infor GenAI embedded experience also offers Generative AI rich text authorization helping users write text, reduce writer's block, improve business accuracy, and increase efficiency.

Public Knowledge Hub

Public Knowledge Hub enables users to retrieve information from publicly available Infor documentation sources through natural language interactions with the GenAI Assistant. Supported content includes product documentation, user guides, and public knowledge resources published by Infor. Public Knowledge Hub uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technology to locate relevant information from indexed content and provide contextual responses, helping users quickly find answers to product and application questions without manually searching documentation.
