| Data not displayed in the workspace | A location has not been selected. Data has not been loaded or is missing. | Select a location from the available options. Ensure the data has been updated in the system. If the issue persists, contact the administrator. | 
| Termination count by position graph not visible | No termination records exist for the selected location. Filters may be restricting data display. | Select a different location to check for available data. Clear any applied filters and refresh the workspace. | 
| Anomaly details (voluntary or involuntary) not displayed | No anomalies detected for the selected parameters. Data processing delay. | Select a broader range of locations and positions to check for anomalies. Wait for the next scheduled data update and try again. | 
| Inconsistent anomaly counts across different sections | Data updates are not synchronized. Different filters are applied to different sections. | Ensure the same filters are applied across all sections. If discrepancies persist, check with the administrator to confirm data synchronization. | 
| Key details (PfiWorkUnit, Effective Date, Accounting Unit, etc.) not visible | Column visibility settings may be disabled.
