My Staff-Manager

Use this widget to view the team member profiles and the work status of team members. The data source is Infor HR Talent, Infor Workforce Management, or both, depending on the product that the system uses. Managers whose systems use both Infor HR Talent and Infor Workforce Management can specify the data source. Available tabs that are shown in the widget depend on the data source:

Managers can select from two views:

• Staff Schedule Today shows staff statuses such as staff that is on break or on scheduled time off.
• My Staff shows direct reports, all reports, employees in the organization, and upcoming absences.

When Staff is selected as the data source, these tabs are available:

• Direct – Displays a list of the manager's direct reports
• All Reportees – Shows a list of all reportees, including both direct and indirect
• Organization – Displays the list of reportees across the entire organization.
• Upcoming Absences – Shows a list of approved upcoming absences for direct reports

When Staff is selected as the data source, these actions are available:

• Send Email
• Create Check-In
• View Profile
• View Organization Chart
• Create Safety Observation
• Create a Corrective Action
• Add Address
• Assign Checklist
• Assign Mentor
• Assign Personal Activity
• Change Name
• Change Relationship to Organization
• Create Appraisal
• Create Resource appraisals By Employee
• Enroll in Activity

When All Staff is selected as the data source, these tabs are available:

• Late/Absent – Displays staff members who are late or absent for the current day
• At Work – Shows employees currently working
• On Break – Lists staff members currently on a break
• Scheduled Later – Displays employees whose shifts are scheduled for later in the day
• Scheduled Time Off – Shows staff members who are off for the day

When All Staff is selected as the data source, these actions are available:

• View contact details
• View schedule
• View timesheet
• Time Format Configuration: Users can configure the time format displayed in the widget, choosing between 12-hour or 24-hour format.
