On Your Radar-Asset Accountant

Four tiles show the number of individual records that meet a certain condition. When you click one, the content is displayed in the Required Information widget on the right. Bulk actions are available for in-progress assets and unreleased assets tiles.

This list shows standard tiles:

• In-progress assets

  Review assets that are currently in progress. You can either release them or reset them in bulk or individually.

• Errors

  Errors that are associated with assets and navigate to the records to view and fix them.

• Unreleased assets

  Review unreleased assets and release them in bulk or individually.

• Depreciation variances

  Determine depreciation variances from the last period close to the current period close.

A snooze feature is available to address situations where you are uncertain about how to handle a group of records or are awaiting clarification. A default snooze time can be set in advance. When you click the snooze icon, the respective record is temporarily removed from the required actions list for the duration of the snooze period. Use the snooze list at the top of the widget to review your snoozed records. You can un-snooze records to return them to the list.
