The widget has two modes and multiple tabs managers use to view information about direct reports, all reports, employees in the organization, and employees with upcoming absences. Managers can perform actions that pertain to reports. Available actions are dependent on the tab that the manager is viewing.
Managers use this widget to perform basic, direct actions with direct reports and other employees.
This is a partial list of actions:
- view employee profiles
- send emails
- view upcoming absences
- create check-ins
- view organization charts
- create safety observations
- initiate corrective actions
