Extending reports

You can access extensibility data elements for creating reports.

The applications in this CloudSuite produce a large number of reports which can be modified by on-site administrators and end-users who have been given appropriate access.

Users who generate reports can specify a format for the output file, including, PDF, XML, CSV (comma-separated value) or text. They can then use the output file to make modifications.

For example, suppose a user selected CSV format for output file for a report. After the file generates, the user can import the CSV file into a tool such as Microsoft Excel to make modifications.
