AP Invoice Automation (APIA) is used to simplify invoice entry, review, and approval, to reduce costs for processing invoices, and to provide easy access to complete information about invoices.
In conjunction with Infor Process Automation, APIA can be used to automate processes for approval routing.
APIA is a role-based. Depending on their roles, users can access online audit history, embedded analytics, and configurable pages and lists.
APIA has been designed to work with specific third-party enterprise content management products.
