BSI TaxFactory US

BSI TaxFactory US is a third-party software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that interacts with the HRM Payroll module to provide tax withholding calculations for the gross-to-net function. The application is used to perform tax release updates and is hosted by BSI.

Infor sells both the license and the support for this SaaS solution. Customers call Infor Support instead of BSI if they encounter issues with their tax withholding.
