Accounts Payable vendor setup is used to structure your payment processes and reporting requirements. It includes defining bank accounts for payments and terms under which payments are made.

Accounts Payable invoice processing is used for entering, releasing, and paying invoices. You can also maintain invoices during the time between when you release them and pay them.

Accounts Payable special processing is used to void payments, pay employee expenses, and generate bills of exchange. You can track and report on vital information such as reportable income, VAT, and Intrastat.

Accounts Payable Reporting is used to produce reports for open payables, cash forecasting, payment history, vendor balances, and more. You can use the Account Payable application to complete required federal reporting, such as submitting reportable income.
