Employee Manager Self Service
The Employee and Manager Self-Service applications are sets of bookmarks, also known as tasks, and customized pages. They are used by staff to access, update, and report on data that is stored in Infor Lawson databases. Users can view and update information in the database without making changes on standard Infor Lawson forms.
The Employee and Manager Self-Service applications are linked directly to the Infor Human Resources suite.
The product includes these main components:

Employee Self-Service: Employees use to inquire on their own human resources data, such as payroll history, and update information, such as emergency contacts.

Manager Self-Service: Managers use to view and update data for the employees who report directly to them.

Applicant Self-Service: External applicants use to enter employment application data and apply for specific openings.
Mobile Employee, a mobile application for employees, is included.
