Hybrid HCM: What it is and how to add employees/users

If you use Hybrid HCM, you have licensed:

  • Multi-tenant Global HR, version 11.
  • At least one single-tenant product included in the Infor CloudSuite core applications set.

In Global HR, an "employee" is a person for whom a record exists in the application. Because Global HR has automation that automatically links the employee to other Infor systems, which use the term "user," this document uses the term "employee/user" when referring to Global HR.

Employee / user management is performed using the multi-tenant Global HR application.

Global HR automation requires one-time configuration that must be performed before you begin adding users.
