Single-tenant Landmark and Lawson System Foundation roles must be migrated to Infor OS

Most customers who plan to use Hybrid OS and Hybrid HCM are existing customers who have existing security roles for their users in either Landmark or Lawson System Foundation or both. Typically, Infor CloudOps migrates existing roles for customers who are moving to Hybrid OS or Hybrid HCM.

If, after your initial setup by CloudOps, you are required to add a new role to your system using either Landmark or Lawson System Foundation, you can do so. After the role is created, verify that it exists in Infor OS. If it does not, open a case with Infor Support.
