Viewing progress of user BODs: Where to find information

If users are not appearing in a system after you have performed an add user procedure, here are some ideas to assist with troubleshooting:
  • If the user is coming from Landmark or Lawson System Foundation, use ION OneView to view status of messages. Information is in ION Desk User Guide - Cloud Edition which is available on the Support Portal.
  • If the user is coming from Infor Ming.le to Landmark, use the Admin Console to view Async Queues. Information is in Infor Landmark Technology System Administration Guide for CloudSuite which is available on docs.infor.com.
  • If user is coming from Infor Ming.le to Lawson System Foundation, use the Lawson System Foundation Jobs administration menus to view the status of all jobs. Information is in Getting Started with Lawson for Infor Ming.le which is available on docs.infor.com.
