Status summary

This widget displays a status-wise distribution of performance records using an interactive donut chart, enabling quick assessment of progress across selected categories. Administrators can filter the view by category, including Appraisals, Goals, Check‑ins, Corrective Actions, and Grievances, as well as by timeframe, with options for This Year or Last Year.

The timeframe is derived from the relevant date field for each category.

The chart refreshes automatically when filters are changed, displays the selected category name and total count at the center, and shows status, color, and count in the legend. Hovering over a chart segment reveals the status name and count, and selecting a segment or legend item opens a modal that displays the records contributing to the displayed counts.
