Weekly sessions
The Weekly Sessions widget provides a structured weekly view of activity sessions in which resources can be enrolled, based on session status. It allows users to quickly view key session details, including the session name, session timing, session location, and instructor name. The widget is designed to provide quick visibility and easy navigation of session schedules within a selected week.
Week view layout
The widget displays the corresponding month and dates for the selected week, along with sessions scheduled for each day. Navigation controls include chevron icons that allow users to move between previous and upcoming weeks, as well as a Today option that returns the view to the current week. When selected, the current date appears as the first day in the view. The footer section displays the total number of sessions scheduled for each corresponding day.
Session drill-back
Selecting any session record drills back to the application, where users can view detailed session information, including enrollment details and other session-specific data.
Filter functionality
The filter option in the widget header allows users to refine the displayed sessions by session name, session location, or session instructor. Once filters are applied, the widget dynamically updates to show only the relevant session records.
Session calendar option
The Session Calendar option in the widget header provides a drill-back to the application’s monthly calendar view, enabling users to view sessions across a broader time frame.
