Buyer Exceptions

This widget enables Purchasing Managers to monitor tasks that require buyers’ immediate attention. It includes key categories such as Requests Missing Information, Buyer/Invoice Messages, and PO Acknowledgments. It also allows Purchasing Managers to take direct action without navigating away from the workspace.
  • Requests missing information

    This tile displays purchase requests that cannot be converted into purchase orders due to missing mandatory details, such as Vendor, Unit Cost, or Delivery Date. Purchasing Managers can update the missing information directly within the workspace, if needed.

  • Buyer/Invoice messages

    This tile displays buyer- and invoice-related messages that require attention. Purchasing Managers can view, respond to, and update messages directly within the widget.

  • PO acknowledgment

    This tile displays purchase orders that are pending acknowledgment.

All information in this widget is organized and displayed by individual buyer.
