Quick actions

Provides quick access to commonly performed performance administration tasks to reduce navigation effort. This widget presents a set of predefined links with role-based visibility.

• Launches overlay dialogs or application forms.
• Enables direct navigation to performance-related tasks.
• Create Appraisal: Opens the Create Appraisals By Resource modal dialog. Specify the information in the form and click Submit.
• Create Appraisal by Group: Opens the Create Appraisals By Group modal dialog. Specify the information in the form and click Submit.
• Appraisal Maintenance: Navigates to the Appraisal Maintenance page in the HRT application.
• Organizational Goals: Navigates to the All Organizational Goals tab in the Goals page in the HRT application.
