On Your Radar
Four tiles in this widget show the number of individual records that meet a certain condition. When you click one, the content is displayed in the card list widget on the right.
This list shows the standard tiles:
- Disputes
This tile displays the total number of disputes and the aggregated dispute amount (in company currency) created against invoice records at the selected process level.
The record list on the right is sorted in ascending order by dispute date. Click View to open a specific record and take action, or click View All to access the complete list of dispute records.
- Adjustments Needing Review
This tile shows the number of adjustments created against invoices at the selected process level with review statuses of Unreleased, Review Needs Approval, and Pending Approval. Click the View button to drill down from the card list to the list of records where you can take action. Click View All to view all transactions that require adjustment review.
- Unresolved Payments
This tile shows the count of Unreleased and Unassigned payments. Click the View All button to see all Unreleased and Unassigned payments in the FSM application. The card lists on the right show the counts of Unreleased and Unassigned payments separately. Click the Review button to view the list of payments. In the list view, you can drill back to the FSM application by clicking the Payment Number.
- Representatives Needing Validation
This tile shows the number of customer representatives at the selected customer group level who require validation. From the card list, customer representatives can be assigned and validated. Click the View All button to drill down to the customer list, where you can take action.
A snooze feature is available for situations where you are unsure how to handle a group of records or are awaiting clarification. You can set a default snooze time in advance. When you click the snooze icon, the selected record is temporarily removed from the Required Actions list for the duration of the snooze period. Use the Snooze list at the top of the widget to review your snoozed records. You can unsnooze records to return them to the active list.
Click the Filter icon in the Workspace Configuration and specify the Customer Group, Company, and Process Level fields to filter the records displayed in the On Your Radar widget tiles.
