Upcoming Orders

This widget provides real-time updates on items expected for delivery within the next seven days, excluding today.

In addition to purchase order (PO) lines, the widget also displays upcoming PO deliveries, giving Receiver Coordinators better visibility into the total number of purchase orders arriving within the selected time frame.

The widget enables Receiver Coordinators to:
  • View both PO-level and PO line-level delivery information
  • Identify PO lines marked for special handling and inspection

Filtering options

Users can filter records to focus on specific data by:
  • Vendor
  • Ship-to location
  • PO lines

Filter options can be further refined using Top 3, Top 5, or Top 10 selections for quicker analysis.

Export options

Two export options are available:
  • Export PO line details
  • Export overall PO information
