On Your Radar

This widget highlights key alerts and actionable items that require immediate attention.

Tiles widget

The four tiles on the left categorize and count work records by category:
  • High Priority Work Records: Shows the number of critical tasks. The supervisor can configure which priority codes are considered high priority.
  • New Work Records: Shows the number recently added tasks. The supervisor can configure the number of hours that define a record as new. The default is 24 hours.
  • Past Due Work Records: Shows the number of overdue items.
  • Unassigned Work Records: Shows the number of records that are not assigned to an employee.

Card list widget

When a user selects one of the four tiles, the card list displays the three most recently created records for that category. The user can select View all to see cards for all records in the selected category.

Each card displays these values and available actions:
  • Record type, record number, and description: Identifies the work record.
  • Location: Shows the address, parcel, or property associated with the work.
  • Responsibility | Employee | Scheduled Date: Displays available values, or shows Unassigned or Unscheduled.
  • Priority: Displayed in red when the record is marked as high priority.
  • Assign or Reassign: Opens a dialog to select the employee assigned to the record.
  • Schedule or Reschedule: Opens a dialog to select the scheduled date and time.
  • Set Responsibility: Opens a dialog to set the responsibility for the work record.
  • Snooze: Removes the work record from the list for 24 hours with a single click.
  • View all: Opens a dialog that displays cards for all records in the selected category. For example, selecting View all for High Priority Work Records displays a scrolling list of cards for that category. Cards in this dialog have the same features as those shown in the main list.
  • View snooze list: Opens a dialog that displays snoozed records, with an option to unsnooze and return them to the main list. Assign and schedule actions are not available for snoozed records.
