L&D catalogue items
The L&D Catalogue Items widget provides a consolidated view of Learning and Development catalogue categories within the L&D Admin workspace. The widget is organized into the following tabs: Activities, Development Plans, Certifications, and Checklists. Users can view category-specific details by selecting the appropriate tab.
Tabs
- Activities tab
This tab displays these details:
- Activity ID
- Activity Type
- Status
- Number of enrolled participants
Clicking the Activity record hyperlink drills back to the detailed view in the application. Clicking the Enrollment count hyperlink navigates to the application page that lists enrolled participants.
- Development Plans tab
This tab displays these details:
- Development ID
- Name
- Status
- Number of enrolled participants
Clicking the Record hyperlink drills back to the detailed view in the application. Clicking the Enrollment count hyperlink navigates to the application page that lists enrolled participants.
- Certifications tab
This tab displays these details:
- Certification ID
- Certification Name
- Number of enrolled participants
- Version
- Status
Clicking the Certification record hyperlink drills back to the detailed view in the application. Clicking the Enrollment count hyperlink navigates to the application page that displays enrollment details.
- Checklists tab
This tab displays these details:
- Checklist ID
- Name
- Category Type
- Number of resources enrolled
- Status
Clicking the Checklist record hyperlink opens the detailed view in the application. Clicking the Resource count hyperlink navigates to the application page that lists associated resources.
Search functionality
- Activity Name (Activities tab)
- Development Plan Name (Development Plans tab)
- Certification Name (Certifications tab)
- Checklist Name (Checklists tab)
Search results update dynamically according to the selected tab.
Filter option
- Activities: Active, Inactive
- Development Plans: Proposed, Active, Inactive
- Certifications: Proposed, Active, Inactive
- Checklists: Proposed, Active, Inactive
At least one status must be selected. After selecting the desired status, users must select Apply to update the results.
View All action
- Activities tab displays all activities
- Development Plans tab displays all development plans
- Certifications tab displays all certifications
- Checklists tab displays all checklists
When a user is on the Activity tab and clicks View All, the application drills back to display all available activities. The same behavior applies to the other tabs.

Only the selected tabs are displayed in the widget.
