Open enrollment status

The Open Enrollment Status widget provides a consolidated KPI view of employee enrollment progress across six defined statuses for a selected Open Enrollment event. This enables administrators to monitor enrollment completion and overall participation.

The widget displays counts for these statuses:
  • Draft
  • Started
  • Submitted
  • Submit Pending
  • Finalized
  • Inactive
Each KPI tile shows the status name and corresponding resource count.
  • A dropdown allows administrators to select a specific Open Enrollment event.
  • The widget displays resource-level enrollment counts across all statuses.
  • Selecting a status opens a modal within the workspace that shows the resources contributing to that count.
  • Selecting View all navigates the user to the Enrollments page in the Benefits module.
